Order Processing All orders will be processed within 1‑2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day. You will receive an order‑confirmation email right after purchase. Once dispatched, a shipping notification with tracking number will be sent to your inbox. Tracking information may take 24‑48 hours to activate.
Delivery Time
- Domestic: 3‑7 business days after dispatch
- International: 10‑20 business days after dispatch Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed, delays may occur due to customs, weather or peak‑season logistics.
Shipping Fee Shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout. Free standard shipping applies for orders over [$ amount].
International Orders Notice Import duties, taxes and customs fees are borne by the buyer, which are not included in product or shipping cost. Please check your local customs regulations before placing orders.
Damaged / Missing Parcel If items arrive damaged or lost, please contact our customer service within 7 days upon receipt, and provide unboxing photos for claim support.
